Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that delicate instruments or accessories are well-padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists receive and inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
